The second-ranked Wildcats jumped out a 15-0 lead and came within a buzzer-beater lay-up of holding Allison-Bristow scoreless in the first quarter and led 34-9 at halftime. Allison-Bristow outscored Rockwell City-Lytton, 19-16, in the second half.
Jill Johnson led Rockwell City-Lytton with 15 points and 12 rebounds while Felecia Ellis added 12. Erin Brocka led Allison-Bristow with 10 points and eight rebounds.
Rockwell City-Lytton advances to the 1A semifinals to face Treynor Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Allison-Bristow, which will consolidate with Greene next year, ends its season at 22-4.
