Jensen, who hit a buzzer-beater in English Valley's first round victory over Fort Madison Aquinas, came up big in the clutch again, scoring five of her nine points in the second overtime. Allie Lamb led the Bears with 12 points while Melissa Caster added seven points with 12 rebounds.
Neither team was able to establish control of the game. English Valley's held a 36-33 lead with 19 seconds remaining in the first overtime but Delainye Hardersen drilled a baseline three-pointer with 11 seconds remaining to force a second overtime.
Jill Lacey led Hinton with 17 points, but the Blackhawks were haunted by poor shooting, hitting just 27.7 percent from the field and were unable to capitalize on English Valleys' 22 turnovers.
