Once Pella got rolling, the Dutch couldn't be stopped.

   

Top-ranked Pella outscored No. 15 Williamsburg 41-16 over the final 19 1/2 minutes and beat the Raiders 60-39 to roll into the Class 3A semifinals.

   

Senior center Haley Brillhart led Pella with 19 points and Jenny Dorman scored 18. Kelsey Schuring added 13 points for the Dutch, who trailed 23-19 midway through the second quarter before they started to click.

   

Dorman hit a 3-pointer just before the halftime buzzer to put the Dutch up 30-25 and they carried that momentum into the second half. Schuring had six points and Brillhart four as Pella started the second half with a 12-0 run to open a 42-25 lead.

   

Pella held Williamsburg to two fields goals in the third quarter and led 50-32 heading into the final period.

   

MacKenzie Westcott, who has signed with Bradley, led Williamsburg with 18 points. Samantha Meyer scored seven for the Raiders and Sarah Claypool had six.

   

Pella is in the state tournament for the sixth time in the last eight years. The Dutch will take a 24-1 record into a semifinal matchup with 11th-ranked Marion at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

   

Williamsburg, making its second trip in three years, finishes with a 21-4 record.
