Forms for rating your 2002 softball officials are due in the State Administrative Office following elimination of your team from tournament competition.
This form was mailed to your school on July 16. It can be downloaded as a PFD file from the link below as a convience to those who do not have access to school mail during July.
Your prompt attention this item will allow our office to proceed with computer procedures. Please type or print clearly and rate all officials used during the year in varsity games. Officials at away ames may be found on the scoresheet. REMEMBER TO CIRCLE OFFICIALS THAT YOU RECOMMEND FOR THE 2003 TOURNAMENT SERIES.
This form is mandatory and should be completled and mailed to the State Office immediately.

Additional Districts have been added to this year's selection process with the number of Districts (20) now matching those honored in Basketball and Volleyball. Most schools within the same class and conference are now in the same district .
With two to five conferences involved in each district, it would be extemely helpful for the selectors to have all-conference teams where available. Many of the all-conference meetings are scheduled for next Friday and Saturday after you have sent the all-district ballots.
If possible please appoint someone to fax or e-mail your all-conference selections to Mike Henderson at the Iowa Girls' High School Athletic Union (515) 284-1969. You might also remind coaches in your conference of the all-district ballots which are on the web.
