State Line Pairings Friday: Look for the State line pairings to be released
Friday (May 29).
Regional Hosts – CALL IN YOUR SCORES: Schools hosting regional matches are reminded to
call in scores immediately following
completion of the your match. IGHSAU personnel will be in the office to
take your scores. You may phone in your scores to (515) 288-9741 or email them
to Jason Eslinger at jasoneslinger@ighsau.org.
Reporting scores is one of the mandatory
requirements of the host site. Failure to comply could damage your schoolÕs
chances of hosting regional soccer matches in the future.
Coaches – Remember to Recommend Officials: Coaches are reminded to that they are required to
recommend officials online. This is an online form. Your athletic director
should have the username and password information needed to access the online
form. Coaches have 90 days after
the state championship matches to complete this form. Failure to complete the form within that time frame will result in the
schoolÕs head coach being ineligible to coach in the 2010 postseason.
State Tournament Program Information: Information
and team photos for the State Soccer Tournament program are due into the State
Office Monday, June 8 at 4:30 p.m. You can access the forms by clicking here. Team photos
must be e-mailed to jasoneslinger@ighasau.org.
Please include identification with the photographs. State qualifiers that fail to meet the June 8 deadline will
have their information omitted from the state tournament program.
Remember to Send Your Tournament Roster to Your
Regional Hosts: School are reminded that they must send a tournament roster to the
host site. This form by be downloaded by clicking here.
All-State Ballots Now On the Website: All-State soccer ballots can now be accessed from
the IGHSAU website by clicking here.
All-State ballots are due Friday, June 19.
Regional Rosters On Website: Regional pass gate roster can also be downloaded
from the IGHSAU website by clicking here. These
rosters must be faxed to the host school of your regional sites.
