Venues that are
interested in submitting bids to host the Iowa Girls State Soccer Tournament
have until May 1, 2012 to submit official bid proposals. Venues that submit
bids also have the opportunity to present a formal proposal to the Iowa Girls
High School Athletic Union Board of Directors on June 19, 2012. The venue that is selected will host
the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Iowa GirlsŐ State Soccer Tournament.

IGHSAU protocol for the bid process:

PROTOCOL
For years 2013, 2014, and 2015
May 1, 2012: Official bid is due to Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union Office.
Please submit bid proposal to Jason Eslinger, Soccer Administrator. Please include specific information in
regard to financial, facility, and any other considerations related to your
venue. No bids will be accepted after the May 1 deadline.
June 19, 2012: Each bidding venue may make a formal presentation to the IGHSAU Board
of Directors. The time and place of
the presentation will be announced at a later date. Each venue wishing to present will be given a specified
amount of time to make their presentation.
June 20, 2012: Tentatively a decision will be announced.
