Online Power Point Instructions for Participating Teams

 

Pre Season Responsibilities

  1. Go to http://swimming.aspimeetz.com (there is NO www in the web address)
  2. Click on the Customer Login link (located in the top menu)
  3. Login with the User Name and Password provided
  4. Click on Manage Rosters & Meet Schedules (or you can click on Roster Management from the top menu
  5. Click on Athletes to add your roster to the system
  6. Fill out the form with all of your athletes and click the Save button at the bottom when you are done
  7. Once you have added your athletes you need to add your meet schedule.
  8. Click on Roster Management from the top menu
  9. Click on Meet Schedule
  10. Fill out the form for all of your meets.  Please note that it is very important to enter the correct date for the meet.  It is the date of the meet that is used to match the meet results (uploaded by the host school) to your roster.  If you do enter the wrong date inadvertently (or the meet gets rescheduled), you can correct it later, but everything will flow smoother if the date is correct to begin with.

 

During the Season Responsibilities

  1. Go to http://swimming.aspimeetz.com

 

  1. Click on the Customer Login link (located in the top menu)

 

 

  1. Login with the User Name and Password provided

 

  1. Click on Manage Rosters & Meet Schedules (or you can click on Roster Management from the top menu

 

 

  1. Click on Meet Schedule

 

  1. Next to the meet just completed you will either see a link that says Review Marks or Enter Marks.  Depending on whether marks are already entered on the meet or not will dictate what the link says.  If the meet results were uploaded to the system and the date on your meet schedule matches the date on the uploaded meet results the link will say Review Marks otherwise it will say Enter Marks.

 

 

  1. First, let's handle the scenario where the meet results were uploaded and matched your date.

 

  1. For this, click on the link Review Marks 

 

 

  1. THIS IS A REQUIRED STEP FOR YOUR POWER RANKING AND INDIVIDUAL RANKINGS TO GET UPDATED.  On this screen make sure that the marks listed are correct and complete for this meet.  You may also click on the link at the top of the screen that says View Power Ranking Points and this will show you how your power ranking for this meet is computed (this will either open a new window or new tab in your browser). Once you have verified that the marks are correct you must check the box (at the bottom of the screen) that says Mark Complete and then click Save (the meet must be marked complete to update power and individual rankings).

 

  1. Second, let's handle the scenario where the meet results don't show up on your meet schedule. This could happen for two reasons.  1: The meet results weren't uploaded or.  2: The meet results were uploaded but didn't match with your meet schedule (eg.  The dates don't match).  If the meet results weren't uploaded you must manually enter the marks by filling out the form (once you are done manually entering make sure you Mark the meet as Complete).  If the meet results were uploaded make sure the date you have on your meet schedule matches the results date.  Once you have corrected the date you will then need to manually import the marks from the Meet Results.  You do this by clicking on the Import these Marks from Meet Results link and then selecting the meet you competed in and then selecting your team from that meet.  Once you have imported the marks, make sure you mark the meet as complete and click Save.
