All-State Teams are
based on the best time performances achieved at the State Meet. The top three
performances in each individual event and the top two relays are honored as
first team all-state swimmers and divers. The performances with the 4th,
5th and 6th times in individual events and the 3rd
and 4th best performances in each relay will be honored as Second
Team.
