Western Christian 25-25-25, Kuemper Catholic 10-16-21

Top-ranked Western Christian rolled into the Class 2A semifinals with a 25-10, 25-16, 25-21 victory over Kuemper Catholic in Class 2A first round play at the Iowa State Volleyball Tournament Thursday evening in Cedar Rapids.

The Wolfpack face Grundy Center in the Class 2A semifinals Friday at 6:00 p.m. This marks the 11^th consecutive appearance in the semifinals for Western Christian, who improve to 48-1.

Brooke Wolterstorff led Western Christian with 12 kills and 16 digs while Haley Moss knocked down 10 kills. Brandi Bueltel led Kuemper Catholic with 11. The Knights end their season at 23-9.
