Why does Iowa Central support the IGHSAU and the Iowa Girl?
We feel it is important to support high school athletics as these student athletes are our future. We see that athletics help students in building leadership skills.
How is Iowa Central supporting Iowa communities during this time?
Our Mechanical Maintenance program has designed and built protective shields for Front Line Works who are short of PPE. We partnered with the Iowa Prisons and Iowa Prison Industries to be a collection point for local community members to pick up the components to sew hospital gowns for healthcare workers.
What else should the IGHSAU community know about Iowa Central?
We love to partner with the IGHSAU, especially on State Softball. We believe this is one of the strongest partnerships we have to support Women's Athletics!
